I'm so grateful to God for all his good works, goodness and faithfulness in my life, I turned 24 years old on the 7th of January 2014, I spent the day at work, then I went for a quick dinner and spent the rest in church before going home, I got lots of gifts too from my JLisa's A-Z Birthday Wish-List and I am grateful to God in all.
Back to Beauty;
So here's a look I did on my birthday, very simple and classy, can be worn out for Glamour Outings, Bridal Look, Date nights, any outing in fact.
I have been trying to post a Video Tutorial on this Look but the network here has been terrible, so hopefully whenever it decides to upload successfully you get to watch it.....
Products I used;
Face
- M.A.C Match master foundation in 8.5
- M.A.C Mineralised Skin finish natural in deep dark
- Cetaphil Moisturiser
- M.A.C Fix+
- Coastal Scents concealer
- Sleek Contour Kit in Medium
- Laura Mercier Translucent powder
Cheeks
Ben Nye Blush
Eyes
- Urban decay primer potion
- BH cosmetics Take me to brazil palette (Read a review on this here Take me To Brazil palette )
- Mud Espresso eye shadow (Applied to my crease)
- Maybelline gel liner in Blackest Black
- Mud black eye pencil
- Tara Mascara
Brows
- Tara eye brow pencil in brown
Lips
- Tea Tree Lip Moisturizer
- M.A.C Riri-woo
- M.A.C Ruby woo
Combining Riri woo & Ruby woo was absolutely Awesome, when I reviewed both lipsticks I didn't really notice the difference, then I saw a Makeup Artist's display picture on my BBM and I had to ask her how she got that look and BOOM I was amazed, I had to try it on as well.
How to Apply both Lipsticks;
First apply a Lip primer or balm on your lip to prevent the application from creasing, then Apply Ruby woo around the Outer corner of your Lips, Finish up the look with Riri woo in the middle of your lip and blend both......
