So it's a Colorful 2014 for me and MBL, I tried out a Good brand called MELT COSMETICS
From way the lipstick smells to the texture of lipstick, to its ease of application trust me I Have never tried a colorful lipstick that goes on my lip without wahala but this one right here made me so happy, I may end up buying more.
They were also kind enough to give me this mini mirror in my order
I get so happy and excited spending money on a product that actually performs what it claims to do.
With so many cosmetics products/companies springing up and about making you spend so much then the product ends up not performing what they claimed it could/would do "hiss" it pisses me off, I won't mention any names oh before they look for me.
So enough of my over excitement, here's a bit about what I purchased.
Melt Cosmetics is the brainchild of actress Dana Bomar and makeup artist to the stars (like Rihanna) Lora Arellano aka Lorelei Cakes. They launched their first line of lipsticks in May 2013 and it all sold out faster than anyone had expected
I Purchased D.G.A.F and BANE
1) DGAF (or Don’t Give a F…) – this is a BLUE LIPSTICK , Asin really blue. If you want to make a statement, this would be one. I love love love it and I will be wearing this out to any fashion or Music concert but not to a Formal event sha, But the formula and pigmentation is still amazing. I can see people with warmer skin pulling this off.

2) BANE is a Matte black Lipstick
It glides on with ease and I must say very good long lasting stay. You don't get that yucky taste from applying black lipstick with this baby
I even went as far as combining it with ruby woo and it gave me a very good Maroon color. Chei, Infact I'm adding more to my collection.
A combination of Bane and Rubywoo after I was done with my dress up
Lipstick Formula: it’s described as ultra matte and it really is and creamier.
Pigmentation: Forget ehn, This is the most pigmented set of lipsticks I have ever owned, they really took their time and created fabulous sets of lipstick.
Wear time: The longevity is unbelievable "period"
Lisa's Final Conclusion- If you like matte lipsticks and bold colors, Melt lipsticks are for you, it's a nice addition to my lipstick collection and I'm glad I purchased it. Make sure to exfoliate your lips and put on some balm before applying this baby because she goes HARD.
